About Us
Ethical Sports Promotion Association runs high-performance tennis and multisport programs across 8 centres in Delhi NCR. We work with schools, corporates, CSR teams and government bodies, while managing 25+ AITA national tournaments and 15+ TPL tournaments annually.
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Executive who can lead outreach, communication and admissions for our academy. The role blends marketing, partnerships and on-ground sales. You will help shape our 6–12 month marketing plan and ensure steady admissions growth through structured systems.
Key Responsibilities
Handle sales conversations, lead follow-ups and conversions
Manage online & offline marketing campaigns
Execute and track social media content + performance
Build partnerships with schools, corporates and communities
Support admissions at centres and events
Coordinate with coaches and operations teams
Maintain CRM, lead tracking and reporting
Assist in planning long-term marketing strategy
Represent the academy professionally in meetings
What We’re Looking For
1–5 years of experience in marketing / sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle both fieldwork and deskwork
Comfortable with social media management
Organised, proactive and target-driven
Sports background is a
big plus
but not mandatory
