Position : Manager – Sales

About the Role :

Krillam is seeking a proactive and target-driven Manager – Sales to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales , with a strong ability to handle client interactions, close deals efficiently, and contribute to the overall sales pipeline. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about real estate, understands local market trends, and thrives in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and client follow-ups

Conduct site visits and convert prospects into customers

Achieve assigned sales targets for residential / commercial projects

Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners

Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings

Requirements :

2–3 years of experience in real estate sales

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to manage client expectations and close high-value deals

Positive attitude, team player, and self-motivated

Bachelor’s degree preferred
