Job Summary :

We’re looking for a proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented Client Experience Executive to support clients enrolled in our gut health and nutrition programs. If you love interacting with people, solving problems, and creating smooth client journeys — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage client communication via WhatsApp CRM, calls, and email with a professional, empathetic tone.
  • Support onboarding, consultation scheduling, test bookings, and report discussions.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Work closely with nutrition experts, sales teams, and lab partners for quick issue resolution.
  • Handle escalations with clarity, empathy, and timely communication.
  • Collaborate with tech and marketing teams to improve communication workflows and automation.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer experience, client servicing, or healthcare operations.
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients with empathy.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, CRMs, and WhatsApp Business tools (WATI / Converse).

    • Good to have :

  • Experience in wellness, healthcare, or nutrition services.
  • Understanding of lab reports, test journeys, and consultation flows.
  • Calm, composed communication style and comfort with fast-paced environments.
