Role Overview :
You will own our video production end-to-end, responsible for turning complex product features into clear, engaging UI / UX animations, product demos, and polished feature explainers. Your core mission is to bring the Learnyst platform to life through motion.
This role demands equal expertise in two key areas : 1) Animating our SaaS product (UI / UX, feature demos, explainers) and 2) Crafting high-retention social videos (Reels, Shorts, YouTube).
A proven portfolio demonstrating software / app animation is non-negotiable. You will iterate using performance data, handle basic channel publishing, and be the expert who raises our overall motion and video quality.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Editing and Post
- Create and edit short and long form videos for Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Build tight openings, add captions, SFX, music, and smooth transitions
- Color correct, light grade, mix dialogue and music, export clean masters
- Deliver channel-specific cuts in 9 : 16 and 16 : 9 for Paid Ads purposes
Motion Graphics and Explainers
Create lower thirds, callouts, kinetic type, logo stings, UI animationsProduce product demos and feature launch videos using screen recordings, mockups and overlaysMaintain on-brand visual systems across all motion assetsProduction
Plan simple shoots, handle camera, lighting, and audio for any content creation needsCapture crisp screen flows for product storytellingPublishing and QA
Thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and basic scheduling across YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedInKeep project files tidy with versioning and organized asset librariesAnalytics and Iteration
Read retention graphs, spot drop-offs, improve hooks, intros, and pacingTrack watch time, retention, CTR, click-to-site, and report what moved the needleRequirements :
2–4 years editing social-first video for a brand or creatorExpert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects for motion graphics, basic Audition or equivalent, Davinci or Final CutProven work on product explainers, including UI animations and screen-recorded demosCamera, lighting, and audio basics for quick in-office setupsPortfolio that shows you can hook fast, retain viewers, and drive actionComfortable delivering to platform specs and adapting cuts per channelClear communicator, strong ownership of deadlines and outcomesWhat We Offer :
