Tour Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and sell customized holiday packages for GIT & FIT clients, including hotels, flights, sightseeing, and transfers.
• Handle end-to-end holiday planning — from itinerary preparation and costing to confirmation and documentation.
• Coordinate with DMCs (Destination Management Companies), hotels, airlines, and other vendors for rates and bookings.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and travel itineraries based on client requirements and budgets.
• Manage group bookings for leisure, corporate, and incentive travel.
• Ensure timely communication and smooth coordination with clients and vendors.
• Maintain updated destination knowledge and travel trends to provide accurate information to clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Handle visa documentation guidance, travel insurance, and other related formalities when required.
• Provide excellent post-sales service and resolve customer queries promptly.
• Location - Bangalore, Mumbai & Chennai
