Job descriptionDemonstrated expertise in data warehousing concepts and best practices. Extensive experience designing, developing, and managing robust ETL / ELT pipelines to ensure data quality, consistency, and availability for reporting. Hands-on experience with SQL, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performing comprehensive query optimization for efficient data retrieval. Proficiency in data modeling techniques (e.g., Star Schema, Snowflake Schema) to support scalable BI solutions. Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake. Experience with various data integration tools and technologies. Solid understanding of data governance, data quality standards, privacy regulations, and security best practices related to data storage and reporting. Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders, including business users, data architects, and analytics teams, to define metrics and reporting requirements. Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver solutions on time. ? Essential Requirements : 6+ years of demonstrable experience in building scalable BI solutions. Deep proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and the Power Platform ecosystem. Expert-level knowledge of SQL and data modeling principles. Proven track record of managing end-to-end data processes from source to visualization.

Key Responsibilities and Skills :
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end data processes and possess strong expertise across the data lifecycle :
1. Business Intelligence & Visualization Expertise :
- Strong Expertise in BI Tools : Serve as the subject matter expert for Power BI, designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Work with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) as required to meet business needs.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and effective visual reports.
- Develop robust data models within Power BI, utilizing DAX for complex calculations and performance tuning.
