Role Summary
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer , you’ll be a core member of our product engineering team, leading the development of scalable web applications across the stack. You will work closely with design, product, and other developers to build performant, maintainable systems. Success in this role means shipping high-quality features consistently, mentoring others, and contributing to system architecture decisions that improve the platform’s reliability and user experience. This role is critical to our growth and directly impacts how users experience our products.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Next.js , Node.js , and MongoDBImplement performant APIs and data models using Prisma ORMTranslate product requirements into clean, scalable solutionsDevelop and document reusable UI components using StorybookParticipate in code reviews and pair programming to ensure high-quality codeTroubleshoot and debug application issues across the stackContribute to the improvement of internal development tools and workflowsCollaborate with stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business goalsQualifications
Must-Have :
5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development4+ years working with Next.js (React) and Node.js2+ years experience using Prisma ORM2+ years experience with MongoDB (or similar NoSQL database)1+ year of experience using Storybook for UI developmentStrong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), REST / GraphQL APIs, and component-based architectureProven experience in writing clean, maintainable, and testable codeExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsNice-to-Have :
