Role Overview :

As a Management Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating across multiple teams and departments to ensure the smooth execution of daily operations and long-term goals.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and support day-to-day operations across functions
• Take charge of responsibilities based on strengths — research, sales, strategy, events, coordination, etc.
• Collaborate closely with the core leadership team on high-impact projects
• Participate actively in activities within the startup ecosystem driven by PedalStart
• Think fast, lead faster — embody a proactive, hustler mindset

Compensation : Based on Experience
