Job descriptionParticipate in client requirement workshops and translate functional specs into technical tasks. Draft technical documentation, data-flow diagrams, and deployment notes. Diagnose performance issues (Python, PostgreSQL, JS, XML) and deliver optimized solutions. Maintain version control (Git) and follow CI / CD pipelines. Write unit tests and conduct peer code reviews. Support UAT sessions and handle post-deployment warranty support. Strong Python & PostgreSQL skills Odoo MVC, ORM, XML views, QWeb reports JavaScript (OWL / jQuery) and REST / JSON APIs Exposure to Nginx Knowledge of Odoo.sh or on-prem CI pipelines Experience integrating third-party Software with Odoo Odoo Certification

To accelerate our growing Odoo practice, we are searching for a passionate Sr. Odoo Developer who has already spent at least two solid years customizing Odoo modules.
Key Responsibilities
Module Customization
- Design, develop and maintain custom Odoo apps, reports, and integrations.
- Refactor existing modules to meet evolving customer requirements while following Odoo best practices.
Technical Analysis
Bug Fixing & Optimization
Quality Assurance
Must-Have Qualifications
1) Experience : 2+ year hands-on Odoo development (v16 or later) with a demonstrable customization portfolio.
2) Technical Stack :
3) Version Control : Proficiency in Git / GitHub / GitLab.
4) Problem Solving : Ability to debug tracebacks and performance bottlenecks quickly.
5) Residency : Already based in Vadodara or willing to relocate immediately (no remote option).
