Job Title : Recruitment Manager – Solar Developer & EPC Projects

Location : Mumbai (Head Office)

Job Summary :

The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions in the Solar Development and EPC domain. This includes manpower planning, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and on boarding. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring for solar, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for solar EPC roles (engineering, project management, procurement, construction, O&M, etc.).

Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and create job descriptions.

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviews, and final offer.

Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, and internal referrals to identify qualified candidates.

Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future project requirements.

Oversee bulk and project-based hiring for multiple sites across India.

Ensure timely closure of critical positions within defined timelines.

Negotiate compensation and ensure alignment with internal parity and budget.

Maintain recruitment dashboards and MIS for management review.

Enhance employer branding through social media and industry engagement.

Coordinate onboarding and induction for new hires.

Required Skills & Competencies :

Strong understanding of Solar EPC project functions (engineering, site execution, QA / QC, HSE, logistics, etc.)

Excellent sourcing, networking, and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Ability to handle multi-location recruitment and project-based hiring.

Qualifications & Experience :

MBA / PGDM in HR (preferred) or related field.

6–10 years of experience in recruitment; minimum 3 years in solar, renewable, or EPC sector preferred.

Proven experience in mass and lateral hiring for technical roles.
