💼 Senior Salesforce Architect

📍 Location : Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Onsite)

🧩 Experience : 8–12 Years

We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead, design, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions across our enterprise ecosystem.

You’ll be the technical authority driving architecture, integrations, and compliance — ensuring Salesforce aligns perfectly with our business goals and healthcare mission.

🧠 What You’ll Do

🔹 Architecture & Design

  • Build scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.
  • Define system architecture, data models, and integration frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001 standards.

🔹 Technical Leadership

  • Lead Salesforce projects end-to-end — from strategy to deployment.
  • Mentor developers and administrators; drive best practices and code quality.
  • Champion architectural excellence and DevOps maturity.

    • 🔹 Integration & Customization

  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST / SOAP APIs and middleware ( MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica ).
  • Build robust solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows .
  • Automate processes and enhance system scalability.

    • 🔹 Collaboration & Governance

  • Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate needs into architecture.
  • Serve as the Salesforce technical advisor across departments.
  • Enforce governance, security, and development standards.

    • 🧩 What You Bring

    🎓 Education :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field .

    • 💼 Experience :

  • 8–12 years in Salesforce development and architecture .
  • Proven record of delivering enterprise-level Salesforce implementations .
  • Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Health Cloud preferred.

    • 💻 Technical Skills :

  • Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) , Salesforce Flows.
  • Salesforce data architecture, security, and integration patterns.
  • REST / SOAP APIs, middleware, CI / CD pipelines, Git , and DevOps.

    • 🧠 Soft Skills :

  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
