Job descriptionUnderstand client requirements and prepare detailed transaction briefs. Manage the end-to-end transaction lifecycle including site visits, negotiations, and closures. Maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and consultants in the Hyderabad region. Ensure due diligence, documentation accuracy, and client satisfaction throughout the process. Lead and motivate the branch sales team to achieve individual and collective goals. Build a positive team environment and maintain high morale. Manage performance reviews, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with company standards. Foster professional development and minimize attrition. Ensure timely invoicing and fee collection. Monitor branch-level budgets and cost efficiency. Promote the company’s service lines and brand in the Hyderabad market. Maintain branch discipline, reporting accuracy, and adherence to company policies. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Analytical and strategic mindset with a results-driven approach. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple stakeholders. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. 7–10 years of experience in real estate, consulting, or corporate sales. Proven track record of managing teams and delivering business results.
