About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled MPI Inspector to join our Quality Control team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and related testing on forged and machined components in line with API 5CT and international standards.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) :

• Perform wet fluorescent and dry powder MPI on forged and machined components, including couplings, pup joints, and other tubular accessories.
• Ensure inspection is conducted per ASTM E709 , ASME Section V , and API 5CT requirements.
• Prepare and interpret MPI reports , identifying surface and subsurface discontinuities such as cracks, laps, seams, or inclusions.
• Ensure calibration and sensitivity checks of MPI equipment (yokes, bench units, UV lamps, etc.) are carried out as per standard frequency.
