Role Summary :
Responsible for owning the data strategy, generating brand- and campaign-specific insights, creating ROI benchmarks, and helping drive engagement and client revenue through performance recommendations.

- Define and standardize campaign KPIs across all programs.
- Deliver weekly actionable insight reports to internal teams and clients.
- Drive campaign performance improvement initiatives.
- Create industry benchmark reports for BD / Client Servicing.
- Identify upsell opportunities based on data signals.
