Sr. Manager - Sale

Job Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets; Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company's customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights and make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure alignment and support business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Desirable Attributes :

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or MBA preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Real Estate Industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
