We're in it together to make life better for each other, our customers, our partners, and our communities.   Specifically, the Trainee- System Admin will :   Monitoring of the customer’s Azure infrastructure. Monitoring and handling incidents and tickets (Break-fix, Request, Change Requests). Attending customer calls. Support the team in day-to-day operations. Should be comfortable working rotational shifts.  Qualification :   B. E / B. Tech / B. Sc. in Computer Science and IT  Min 60% in 10th and 12th and min 65% or 6.5 CGPA in B. E / B. Tech till 6th semester  No current backlogs  A degree in Cloud Computing will be preferred but not required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of Operating systems. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its related technologies.
