A1 Apps is a product-based company focused on building innovative and user-centric applications. We are looking for a dynamic Performance Marketing Associate to drive our mobile app's growth, user acquisition, and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase app downloads, user engagement, and retention.

Optimise App Store (ASO) and Google Play Store (SEO) strategies for higher visibility and rankings.

Manage paid user acquisition campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and other ad networks.

Track and analyse app performance metrics, user behaviour, and conversion rates to improve marketing efforts.

Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to create compelling marketing assets.

Execute influencer and social media marketing strategies to drive brand awareness.

Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices to identify new opportunities.

Requirements :

1-3 years of experience in app marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.

Strong understanding of ASO, performance marketing, and user acquisition strategies.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.

Familiarity with mobile analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.).

Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
