Graphic Designer Intern

Job descriptionCreate visually engaging posts, stories, and campaigns for social media platforms. Monitor content performance and adjust designs to boost reach and engagement. Ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s branding guidelines, tone, and messaging. Maintain a unified brand identity across platforms and campaigns. Use tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar to create high-quality designs. Stay updated with new design trends and tools to enhance creative output. Develop creative campaigns that increase visibility, generate leads, and improve conversions. Collaborate on marketing initiatives to maximize campaign effectiveness. Work closely with the marketing, operations, and management teams to design materials for campaigns, events, and partnerships. Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and campaign planning. Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field. 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Canva. Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles. Knowledge of social media trends and digital design requirements. Video editing and motion graphics skills are a plus. Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
