Job Function :
The Loan Servicing Quality Control Analyst will follow established processes, procedures, check lists, and other
related job aids to perform quality control reviews and remediate data defects on 100% of our daily new loan
boarding files within a specific time, usually within one business day.
Shift times will align with Pacific Time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
The analyst will be trained to identify data errors by comparing the loan boarding file data with specific data
fields and origination document images located within Encompass Loan Origination System. Training material,
including system screen prints and document examples will be provided.
Analysts will be trained by Evergreen management to correct errors by editing data fields within the
Encompass system or by directly editing the loan boarding file as needed to ensure every loan boards into the
ICE MSP Servicing system on time, with no defects.
Associates will also be trained to conduct post boarding QC reviews on 100% of newly boarded loans within
the MSP system to determine our post boarding defect rate.
Associates will be trained to provide defect reporting according to provided instructions so that Evergreen
management can work with internal systems teams to identify and correct the root cause of loan boarding file
data errors.
Additional tasks and functions, similar in complexity but related to the loan boarding process, may be required
as determined by management along with necessary training, SLAs, and tools to complete them.
