Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled AEM Developer. The candidate should have hands-on AEM experience and strong front-end skills (HTML / CSS / JavaScript) to build responsive, modular web components.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, and dialogs.

Collaborate with UI / UX designers to implement responsive and cross-browser web pages.

Implement dynamic features using JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.

Develop custom workflows and templates within AEM; ensure modular, maintainable front-end code.

Optimize performance and ensure responsiveness across devices and browsers.

Work with back-end and DevOps teams for integration and deployments.

Use JavaScript build tools (Webpack / Grunt / Gulp) for bundling and optimization.

Troubleshoot and resolve UI and AEM-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on AEM (6.x or higher) development experience.

Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery.

Experience in cross-browser and responsive UI development.

Working knowledge of Java for backend integration within AEM.

Familiarity with JavaScript build / compilation tools (Webpack / Grunt / Gulp).

Good understanding of web standards, accessibility, and performance optimization.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills; excellent collaboration abilities.

Good to Have

Experience with AEM Headless or SPA frameworks (React / Angular) integrated with AEM.

Knowledge of Git, JIRA, and CI / CD pipelines.
