ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a Health Bookings Coordinator to join our team in Osborne Park. Reporting directly to the Health Booking Manager, this position will be responsible for providing professional and efficient support to candidates and clinical DFR staff to ensure timely and efficient progression throughout the medicals and psychology components of the DFR Process.
Health Booking Coordinator's will be pivotal in maintaining optimisation of booking capacity whilst coordinating appointment changes, at short notice.

DUTIES
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will be well organised and have great administration skills with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills together with the following :
Previous experience in a healthcare / medical setting and using a scheduling system is highly regarded. With training full provided, previous experience is not a requirement.
