Job Title - Assistant Manager HR – Mumbai (Saki Naka)

What You’ll Do :

Employee Life Cycle (ELC) Management : Oversee the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to exit formalities.

Employee Engagement & Connect : Drive employee engagement and connect initiatives to foster a positive work culture.

Recruitment : Manage the recruitment of third-party payroll employees.

Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong rapport with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.

HR Queries & Support : Act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related queries and concerns.

Payroll Coordination : Coordinate closely with the corporate Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team to provide accurate payroll inputs.

Exit Formalities : Manage the entire exit process, including conducting exit interviews and preparing Full & Final settlements (F&F).

Analytical Skills & MS Excel : Proficient in MS Excel with strong analytical abilities to support data-driven HR decisions.

Your success is grounded in

Educational Background : You should hold a MBA degree specialized in human resource with graduation in any field.

Experience : A proven track record of 5-10 years in HR field.

Effective Communicator : We need a strong negotiator and communicator who can build rapport and influence decisions.
