About Position :
We are looking for a skilled Technical Architect to lead the design and development of scalable backend systems and enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate will have 10–12 years of experience, a strong foundation in Java-based technologies, cloud platforms, and Agile methodologies, along with 1–4 years of team management experience.

What You'll Do :
Architecture Design : Define and implement scalable backend architectures using Java and Spring Boot.Team Leadership : Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and Agile methodologies.Project Management Tools : Use JIRA and Confluence for tracking and collaboration.API Management : Design and manage APIs using API Gateway and Controllers.Containerization : Deploy and manage applications using Docker.Version Control : Manage code repositories using GIT (very important).Build Tools : Utilize Gradle or Maven for build and dependency management.Database Integration : Work with MySQL, SQL, or MongoDB for data storage and access.Testing & Debugging : Conduct unit testing, debugging, and ensure code quality.System Knowledge : Work with QBase systems (very important).Agile Delivery : Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and execution.Design Patterns : Apply standard design patterns to ensure maintainable and scalable codebases.Expertise You'll Bring :
