What will you do?

Identify and focus on people strategies that are aligned to business strategy

Influence business direction and coach the right choices through data insights from people analytics, engagement survey, etc.

Responsibilities :

Strong business acumen and ability to be comfortable with high volume workload, dealing with ambiguity, and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves".

Thoughtful ability to develop strategic relationships with your business partners – you influence the decisions. You can root cause issues quickly and uncover core issues using data, then lean in, consult with, and teach the business how decisions affect their people engagement / the organization and create new mechanisms as needed.

Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and customer service orientation

Identifies areas of opportunity and develop solutions to drive Inclusion Diversity Equality and Belonging, employee engagement and a high performance culture.

Partners closely with business leaders to implement HR Strategy.

Partners with COEs (L&OD, Internal Coms, C&B, HROps) across the organization, and other Stakeholders to ensure processes and initiatives are successfully implemented and effectively developed.

Applies knowledge of local laws and regulations to provide high-touch, employee–facing support in the areas of talent management, employee relations, total rewards, talent acquisition and development.

Minimum Qualifications :

Should have a professional qualification in Human Resources.

Minimum 15 years of work experience with mix of Business HR + COE’s areas of Talent Management etc.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Competencies :

Expertise in one or more centers of excellence (leadership development, talent management, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, etc.)

Experience leading and developing teams / project teams with the ability to inspire, innovate, motivate, influence, and hold teams accountable to high standards.

Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and integrity.

Capable of handling multiples projects / initiatives simultaneously and executing to completion.

Must have positive and professional verbal and written communication skills and maintain excellent interpersonal skills.
