We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee the setup, management, and optimization of data center infrastructure, with a strong focus on networking and virtualization.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of network security, client management, and best practices in data center operations.

This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and technical skills to ensure the successful delivery of services to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Data Center Infrastructure Setup : Lead the planning, design, and implementation of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking equipment, and virtualization technologies.
• Service Delivery Management : Oversee the delivery of services to clients, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and project timelines.
• Networking and Virtualization Expertise : Provide expertise in networking technologies, including LAN, WAN, VLAN, routing, and switching.
• Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM to optimize resource utilization and performance.
• Network Security : Implement and maintain robust network security measures to safeguard data center infrastructure from cyber threats and unauthorized access.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and align service delivery accordingly.
