To create project charter and facilitate smooth transition from BID team to project team.
To organize and conduct the activities of your projects taking into account the needs of the various stake holders (customers and sub-contractors).
To lead your project activities to reach completion of the project regarding its technical, quality, schedule industrial, financial, and customer satisfaction aspects.
Co-ordinate with Thales entities and Sub-contractors for transition of product requirements and supplier performance, ensuring deliveries are achieved within the agreed terms of contract including timescale, specifications and quality.
Ensure a relevant Project Management Plan is complete with resource plan fully maintained. The schedule based on a logical Work Breakdown Structure, fully resourced for all aspect of the project execution.
Reviews the project plans by the subcontractor, ensuring all the technical and no-technical requirements are well addressed.
Maintain BOM and track procurement status of materials, Provides manufacturing decision-making information by conducting Production Readiness Reviews.
Implements all necessary actions in order to early detect technical, quality or planning risks or issues which may impact THALES programs schedule or Cost of Non Quality, and mobilize all necessary means to ensure a quick and thorough treatment.
To periodically report to Manager and to your customers, on the progress, performance, risks and opportunities of your projects.
