Role and Responsibilities :

Lead the design, development, and implementation of user interface components using HTML, CSS, Javascript and Angular to ensure high performance, responsiveness, and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements to existing applications. Mentor and guide the development team in best practices. Drive the adoption of best practices for front-end development, including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration. Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring seamless user experiences across devices and browsers. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to enhance the overall development process.

Qualifications and Skills :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5-7 years of professional experience in front-end development, with a focus on HTML, CSS, Javascript and Angular. Proven expertise in leading and mentoring development teams to deliver high-quality, responsive web applications. Strong command of Angular, with a solid understanding of component architecture, services, and modern front-end development practices. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Javascript and related web technologies. Experience with performance optimization, code refactoring, and debugging to ensure optimal front-end performance. Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.

Soft Skills :

1. Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

2. Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
