Position Title : Visa Executive
Position Overview :
The Visa Desk Executive is responsible for managing and processing visa-related services for individuals seeking to travel abroad, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations, providing guidance on visa application procedures, and offering excellent customer service. This role requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to handle client queries in a professional and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities :
- Visa Processing : Assist clients with the preparation and submission of visa applications, ensuring that all necessary documents are complete and accurate.
- Documentation Review : Verify client documents to ensure they meet the specific requirements of the consulate or embassy.
- Application Tracking : Monitor the status of visa applications and update clients on their progress.
- Advisory Support : Offer expert advice on visa rules, travel regulations, and the potential risks of application rejection.
- Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and guiding them through the visa application process.
- Coordination with Embassies / Consulates : Liaise with foreign embassies and consulates for updates, procedural changes, and visa information.
- Document Filing and Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of all applications, payments, and correspondence related to visa services.
- Compliance and Regulations : Ensure adherence to visa regulations and company policies related to travel documentation.
Educational Background : Any graduation / Preferable Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field.
Experience : 2–3 years of experience in visa processing, immigration services, or travel desk
operations.
