Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counsellor at our Bengaluru headquarters. Responsibilities include providing personalized educational counseling and admission guidance to students, assisting them in understanding career options, and helping them navigate application and admissions processes. The role involves regular interaction with students and parents, building strong relationships, addressing their queries, and actively promoting educational services. The Admission Counsellor will also contribute to achieving sales targets by guiding prospective students through our offerings and maintaining consistent communication.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to connect with students and parents effectively
• Customer Service expertise and Sales aptitude to assist and guide prospective students in the admissions process
• Background in Education and familiarity with academic counseling or career guidance processes
• Exceptional listening skills, empathy, and the ability to assess and address individual student needs
• Proficiency in regional languages is an advantage, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Salary will depending on your interview {upto 30000}
