Role Overview

As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at ShareSquare, you will be the overall strategic and operational leader of the company. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will be responsible for driving vision, business growth, investor confidence, and international expansion. The CEO will oversee revenue strategy, business operations, wealth management, and institutional partnerships, with a strong focus on scaling ShareSquare into a leading investment platform in the region.

Key Responsibilities

1. Vision & Strategy

Define and implement ShareSquare’s long-term strategy, aligning with market trends in real estate and wealth management.

Drive innovation and ensure the platform’s positioning as a premier fractional real estate and investment platform.

2. Revenue & P&L Ownership

Own the P&L and deliver profitable, scalable business outcomes.

Create and optimize revenue models for both retail and institutional investors.

3. Wealth Management & Sales Leadership

Leverage expertise in wealth management to drive institutional and HNI (High-Net-Worth Individual) participation.

Oversee sales strategy to ensure growth in both retail and institutional investor bases.

4. Partnerships & Ecosystem Expansion

Build alliances with real estate developers, REITs, financial institutions, and wealth management firms.

Cultivate strategic relationships with global investment firms and private equity players.

5. International Expansion

Spearhead entry into new geographies and product verticals.

Adapt strategies to comply with regulatory and cultural requirements of target markets.

6. Operational & Organizational Leadership

Oversee day-to-day business operations with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team across sales, partnerships, marketing, and operations.

7. Regulatory & Compliance Alignment

Ensure full adherence to UAE and international financial and regulatory frameworks.

Safeguard investor trust by embedding compliance and governance into business processes.

Candidate Profile

Experience : 15+ years in senior leadership roles within wealth management, REITs, investment companies, or private equity firms (e.g., Blackstone, Brookfield, Embassy, etc.).

Expertise : Proven record of leading wealth management, institutional sales, and investment strategy. Strong P&L management and international expansion experience.

Background : Prior exposure to fintech / wealthtech platforms or investment-led businesses is highly desirable.

Leadership Style : Strategic, visionary, and execution-driven, with proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams.

Network : Established relationships in the UAE investment, REIT, and institutional financial sectors .

Location : Must be based in Dubai, UAE.

Seniority : C-level with full Board exposure and responsibility.
