Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media & Content Curator who blends creative direction with digital strategy. This is not a role for someone who simply schedules posts. Instead, you will :
- Curate aesthetics that define how luxury brands show up online.
- Design moodboards and visual concepts that guide lifestyle photoshoots and content creation.
- Shape platform strategies for Instagram, YouTube, and beyond — ensuring each channel reflects both creativity and strategy.
- Craft a distinct tone of voice for each brand, ensuring it resonates authentically with a luxury audience.
In essence, you will be the one giving brands their digital identity — from how they look, to how they sound, to how they make audiences feel.
Key Responsibilities
Curate cohesive Instagram grids, reels, and storylines that capture the essence of luxury.Develop moodboards for lifestyle shoots and digital content to inspire design and production teams.Conceptualize and execute platform-specific strategies (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) tailored to hospitality and lifestyle audiences.Define and maintain each brand’s visual identity and tone of voice on social media.Collaborate with design, copy, and production teams to ensure content execution aligns with creative vision.Experiment with emerging content formats, filters, and storytelling tools while keeping a luxury lens .Craft social media calendars rooted in narrative, aesthetics, and strategy — not generic posting.Monitor performance analytics and translate them into creative insights (what visuals, formats, and tones resonate with luxury audiences).Oversee ORM and ensure all community engagement reflects the brand’s refined tone.Key Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in social media content creation / curation, ideally in luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.Strong aesthetic sensibility with a proven ability to curate Instagram grids, reels, and visuals.Experience developing moodboards and creative briefs for shoots and campaigns.Deep understanding of platform dynamics — especially Instagram & YouTube — and how to leverage them for brand storytelling.Strong grasp of luxury communication : tone, storytelling, and consumer psychology.Excellent writing and communication skills with an eye for detail and voice consistency.Background in photography, design, or content strategy is strongly preferred.Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple luxury brands with precision.Bonus : Familiarity with art direction, photo / video production, or design tools.Why Join Us?
