Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to handle sales for our turnkey interior projects and PMC services. The ideal person should be confident, target-driven, and experienced in handling high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business leads for turnkey interior projects and PMC services
Meet clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, and consultants
Handle complete sales cycle — from lead to deal closure
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction
Regularly report sales progress and pipeline to management

Requirements

5–8 years of experience in interior project sales / fit-out / construction / PMC

Experience handling projects worth ₹50 Lakhs and above

Good network of clients, architects, and consultants (preferred)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated and result-oriented

Willing to travel as needed
