We're Hiring! Area Sales Managers (ASM) - Chandigarh Location

We're looking for driven and experienced Area Sales Managers to lead sales operations in the following region :

Chandigarh - Covering Chandigarh, Punjab & Himachal Pradesh

Key Responsibilities :

Drive and manage primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory.

Appoint, develop, and manage a robust distributor & channel partner network.

Ensure numeric and weighted distribution across general trade and modern trade channels.

Execute market activation plans and trade promotions effectively.

Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable market insights.

Lead, train, and monitor the performance of the on-ground sales team.

Requirements :

Minimum 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, Food & Beverages.

Strong understanding of primary and secondary sales operations.

Proven experience in managing distributors, retailers, and field sales teams.

Deep knowledge of the local market and territory-specific consumer behavior.

Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Graduate; MBA preferred.
