Roles and Responsibilities :

• Efficiently manage complex calendars, schedule calls, and coordinate travel, team off-sites, and leadership events.
• Prepare presentation materials, take detailed meeting notes, ensure follow-through on action items, and provide reminders on priorities and deadlines.
• Track tasks, projects, and roadmaps while providing regular updates to leadership on milestones and timelines.
• Plan and execute internal programs and events, ensuring smooth coordination and successful outcomes.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and tact in all interactions.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively and remain flexible in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
