Role Description :

We are looking for a growth-oriented Lead Generation & Marketing Executive who can help Lime Outreach build qualified B2B contact lists, manage LinkedIn marketing, optimize SEO, and handle CRM operations.

This role is ideal for someone with a startup mindset , eager to learn, execute, and grow quickly in the digital marketing and lead generation space.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct market research and identify target companies & decision-makers using Apollo, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator .
• Build and maintain verified contact databases for outbound marketing.
• Execute LinkedIn marketing campaigns using automation tools (e.g., Expandi, LinkedHelper, Dripify).
• Work with the internal team to support email outreach and ABM campaigns .
• Manage and update leads, deals, and communication logs in Zoho One CRM .
• Collaborate on SEO and content optimization , keyword research, and analytics tracking using tools like SEMrush and Google Analytics .
• Support marketing analytics and reporting to measure campaign success.
• Contribute new ideas and creative approaches to improve Lime Outreach's marketing systems and growth strategies.

Required Skills :

Education :

B.E. / B.Tech (any stream) with MBA (Marketing or Business Management) preferred.

Certification in digital marketing is a plus.
