Estimation Manager

Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Review and verify all contractor bills, material receipts, and purchase orders.

Perform quantity and cost reconciliation as per BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and work executed at site.

Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and the accounts team to resolve billing discrepancies.

Maintain detailed records of all reconciliations, variations, and approvals.

Validate work done reports and ensure alignment with project budgets and timelines.

Assist in monthly cost reports and cash flow statements.

Flag any inconsistencies, errors, or excess payments for rectification.

Ensure timely closure of vendor bills and reconciliation reports.

Support in internal and external audits related to project billing and reconciliation.

Qualifications & Experience :

Diploma / Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.

12–14 years of experience in project billing / reconciliation in real estate or construction industry.
