Job description
  • We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the end-to-end technology strategy and implementation of Nia, a multi-vertical AI-native platform transforming India's informal workforce infrastructure.
  • As CTO, you will architect and scale an integrated platform spanning jobs, housing, embedded commerce, wellness, and hyper-personalized content-powered by real-time AI and geospatial systems.
  • You'll lead engineering, data science, and DevOps teams to build out applications, and AI engines for intelligent matching, personalization, demand forecasting, and dynamic pricing.
  • The ideal candidate will have deep experience in building and scaling AI-powered platforms, a strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, and proven ability to drive cross-functional product development at scale.
