  • 5 to 8 years of industry experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • 5 to 8 years in developing, implementing, or architecture information systems.
  • Effective in building and maintain multi-year roadmaps to deliver benefits.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with digital tools and technologies, such as automation platforms and data analytics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to identifying and addressing business and operation’s needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional team.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., SDLC, Agile, Scrum).

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years with technical architecture, including integrating identity management and access governance software into client infrastructures and applications.
  • Experience as an architect or lead using IAM or Access Governance platforms.
  • Detailed practical experience in managing IAM operations and implementing IAM solutions.
  • Working knowledge and / or experience with tools such as SailPoint (Identity Security Cloud), ForgeRock, CyberArk, and OutSystems.
  • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
  • Understanding and familiarity with Operating Systems (Windows, Unix, Linux).
  • Relevant experience with programming languages including Java, JavaScript, SQL, and Python.
  • Required experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS), including services such as EC2, RDS, S3, Route 53, SES, VPC, Security Hub, WAF, AWS ALB or NLB, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, Lambda and AWS Glue.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, or a related field is highly recommended

    • Requirements

    1. Must have worked on developing enterprise scale web application development. 2. Strong hands-on experience of 3-6 years into backend development in Java technologies. 3. Hands on experience of application development using Spring and Hibernate. 4. Experience in developing Rest APIs and microservices based architecture. 5. Good knowledge of SQL 6. Experience in working in a DevOps environment is desirable. 7. Experience in applications hosted in Azure / AWS is an advantage. 8. Exposure to Agile development methodology 9. Performance testing 10. Knowledge of Frontend technologies like Angular, React etc is an advantage.
