Scope :

The sales operations manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the commercial excellence team by optimizing sales processes, preparing management-level presentations, and leveraging data analysis to drive strategic decisions. This role requires a strong background in the pharma sector and proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. This position offers strong visibility to commercial leadership, providing valuable exposure and enhanced learning opportunities in a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities :

• Sales Process Optimization : Analyze and refine sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Data Analysis : Utilize MS Excel to manage and analyze sales data, generating actionable insights.
• Presentation Preparation : Create compelling and professional presentations using MS PowerPoint for management-level meetings.
• Reporting : Develop and maintain regular sales reports to track performance and identify trends.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Experience & Requirements for the role :

familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL is a plus.
