Our client, a leading global consulting firm, is looking for an experienced Pega Business Analyst to join their Intelligent Automation team.

You’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to design scalable Pega solutions, drive process improvements, and support enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Translate business requirements into Pega-based functional designs.
• Lead process modelling, use cases, blueprints, and functional documentation.
• Facilitate workshops with SMEs and ensure alignment with Pega best practices.
• Define business rules, workflows, and case lifecycle stages.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and Pega development teams.
• Drive process optimization using Pega’s case management and automation capabilities.
• Support testing : design test cases, perform UAT / regression, and build automation scripts (PTAK / Selenium).
• Ensure solutions follow Pega guardrails, Agile delivery, and DevOps practices.
