Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Activewear Athleisure Designer at ELMNT LAB. The designer will be responsible for creating and designing activewear and athleisure clothing, collaborating with the product development team, conducting trend research, sketching designs, and working on prototypes. Some work from home is acceptable, but the role is primarily located in Coimbatore.

Qualifications

• Fashion Design, Textile Design, and Pattern Making skills
• Knowledge of technical design, fabrics, and garment construction
• Experience in trend research and sketching designs
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and design software
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in activewear or athleisure design is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field
