Job Description :

We are hiring an experienced Site Engineer specifically for renovation and retrofit projects. The ideal candidate must have hands-on execution knowledge and the ability to manage labour teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee day-to-day site execution for renovation works.

Strong knowledge of tile laying, electrical execution, plumbing works, carpentry coordination, and finishing activities.

Ensure quality of materials and workmanship as per standards.

Coordinate with labour contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Monitor site progress and report daily updates.

Ensure safety, timelines, and project accuracy.

Handle on-site problem-solving and decision-making during execution.

Required Skills :

Minimum 2 years of experience in renovation / fit-out projects.

Strong technical understanding of civil, electrical, plumbing, and interior execution.

Ability to supervise labour and maintain discipline at site.

Good communication skills; Kannada speaking is mandatory.

Must be proactive, responsible, and capable of managing multiple tasks at site.
