Role Overview

We are seeking a  highly skilled Full-Stack Developer (Python Django)  who will be responsible for managing and developing our in-house  business website, CMS, and CRM  platforms. The candidate will work on a range of projects involving  multi-regional CRM systems ,  internationalized web applications , and  database-driven backend architectures .

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance the  in-house CMS  and  cross-region CRM  systems built using  Python and Django .
  • Design efficient, secure, and scalable  databases  using  SQL  and  NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) .
  • Implement clean and maintainable  REST APIs  and backend logic following  PEP8 coding standards  and  Flake8 linting practices.
  • Ensure the website and applications are  mobile responsive ,  multi-language enabled (i18n) , and  optimized for performance .
  • Work closely with the content, marketing, and operations teams to facilitate seamless integration and data flow.
  • Handle bug fixes, upgrades, and continuous improvements to enhance user experience and system stability.
  • Collaborate in developing  automation tools ,  dashboards , and  data management systems  for internal use.

Required Technical Skills

  • Backend :  Python, Django Framework
  • Databases :  SQL, PostgreSQL / MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
  • Frontend :  HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript (basic)
  • Version Control :  Git / GitHub
  • Other Skills :  API integration, debugging, deployment, server-side scripting
  • Strong understanding of  MVC architecture ,  ORM , and  software design principles
