Job Title :

Digital Transformation Consultant

Work Model : Hybrid (On a need basis)

Overview :

As a Digital Technology Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions within our organization and preparing the entire roadmap of the digital transformation program. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes identifying opportunities for improvement and collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements for AI and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirement Gathering and Analysis :

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives processes and requirements.

Analyse and prioritize requirements ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.

Solution Design and Documentation :

Work closely with technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.

Create process flows wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate proposed solutions effectively.

Project Planning and Management :

Monitor project progress identify risks and issues and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status milestones and deliverables.

Quality Assurance and Testing :

Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria based on business requirements.

Collaborate with QA teams to develop and execute test plans ensuring the quality and reliability of delivered solutions.

Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate feedback sessions to validate that solutions meet business needs.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in business administration Information Technology Computer Science or related field.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions. Familiarity with Data Visualization Tools such as Power BI Tableau QlikView etc. will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile project environments.

Knowledge of AIML tools cloud platforms (e.g. GCP AzureAWS etc) and tools commonly used in machine learning and python development enviornment .

Knowledge of SQL / PL SQL is preferred along with data modelling skills

Certification(s) or MOOC in Data analysis and Machine learning.
