Both side transportation facility for hiring zone areas Responsibilities : The Role involves managing client(s) and provide customer support related to Training Administration to top Global companies, primarily in the EMEA, LATAM, NA & APAC regions. Work with client(s) in managing their Training Administration activities. >
This may require doingtraining needs analysis, submitting request(s) on behalf of client(s). >
Seeking approvals fromclient(s) for enrolments, registrations, training Go / No-Go decisions, etc. >
Sending invites to Participants, marking attendance, sharing certificates etc. Work with Vendor(s) / Supplier(s) for training(s) required by client(s). >
Getting the training date(s), details, cost(s), location, pre-requisites, etc. >
Sharing roster with Trainers, arranging their training related stationary needs, any other infrastructure requirement for successfully delivering training to client, etc. Work with Internal team to gather any additional information to ensure ZERO DEFECT in managing any training session. >
Work on CRM, LMS etc. tools for managing the requests / tickets from clients. >
Work as per defined process documents / work-steps / checklist / work-instructions. >
Achieve minimum targetsfor Quality Scores, Service Level Agreement, First Time Resolution, Escalations, Ideas, etc. >
Bring in ideas to helpimprove process work-flows, documents, ways of working, etc. There can be different ways to manage the work.
