Job Summary : As a US Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles within the organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Your goal will be to build a strong talent pipeline while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Source potential candidates through online platforms, professional networks, and job boards.
Screen resumes and application forms to shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews via phone, video, or in-person to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Prepare and distribute assignments or tests (e.g., logical reasoning, language proficiency).
Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, and other channels.
Provide hiring managers with shortlists of qualified candidates.
Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Collaborate with HR for onboarding new hires.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the US market.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
Strong sourcing and networking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of US labor laws and recruitment practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills :
Proficiency in ATS and HR software.
Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
