Few Pointers

• Support morning PST hours 8 AM - 11 AM to 12noon PST
• Strong HCM Technical Reporting and Dashboard skillset preferred.
• Strong Handson HCM Techno-functional (70% Tech - 30% Functional)

Below is the job description / skillset we are looking for this resource.

1. Candidate should be possessing Techno Functional skill set with a minimum of 3-6 years of working experience in Oracle HCM cloud application.(More technical)

2. Should be proficient in developing secured HCM BI and OTBI Reports / Dashboards.

3. Should have good experience in developing HCM Extracts, ETL Jobs and Fast formula.

4. Should have good experience in doing data uploads via HDL / HSDL templates.

5. Should have good understanding of HCM roles and security.

6. Knowledge on various customization tools would be a plus.

7. Should have excellent analytical and debugging skills.

8. Good at documentation, testing and migrating objects into production

9. Good Communication skill and effectively dealing with business team
