Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, scripts, and data sets based on business requirements. Maintain QA-related project documentation and ensure traceability in tools like JIRA and Confluence. Develop high-quality automated test solutions using Selenium with Java and BDD frameworks (Serenity, Cucumber). Execute functional, non-functional, integration, and user acceptance tests across multiple environments. Perform API testing using tools like Postman and SOAP UI , and conduct load / performance testing with JMeter . Report automated test results and collaborate with developers to resolve defects before production release. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, refinements). Work closely with developers, analysts, product owners, and deployment managers to ensure sprint objectives are met. Advocate for quality and continuously improve testing processes within the squad. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience. Strong experience in requirements analysis, test case creation, and execution. Proven expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium + Java preferred) and BDD methodology . Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software development best practices. Proficiency in Java (v21) , Maven for dependency management, and Git for version control (branching strategies, commits, merges). Experience with API testing tools ( Postman , SOAP UI ) and performance testing tools ( JMeter ). Familiarity with Gherkin syntax for BDD scenarios and frameworks like Serenity + Cucumber. Knowledge of databases and SQL for data validation. Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (ALM, Jira, TestRail). Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and integration with automation frameworks. Exposure to retail banking domain and business-specific testing. Knowledge of runtime analytics and digital certificate handling. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
