Workato Solutions Engineer

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workato Integration Engineer to join their growing Integration team. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability, performance, and stability of their mission-critical business processes automated via the Workato iPaaS platform. The successful candidate will be the primary expert responsible for monitoring, tuning, troubleshooting, and providing Tier 2 / 3 support for our production Workato recipes and connectors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Integration Monitoring and Operations

• Proactive Monitoring : Establish and maintain comprehensive monitoring dashboards within Workato and integrated third-party tools (e.G., Datadog, Splunk) to track recipe health, performance, and operational status.
• Alert Management : Define, configure, and respond to alerts for integration failures, performance degradation, and data anomalies.
• Health Reporting : Generate and analyze recurring reports on integration health, incident rates, processing times, and platform usage to identify trends and areas for improvement.
