About The Role

As a Product Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence within the product management team. You will streamline workflows, improve cross-team communication, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance product outcomes. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for operational efficiency and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to uncover actionable insights for product improvements.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to ensure stakeholders have visibility into product performance.
